Châteauneuf-du-Pape White

Our grandfathers, Paul and Léon, used to plant mixed grape varieties and colours in the same parcel! Today we make Boisrenard with these selected vines aged 60-100 years. They include our AOC's six white-grape varieties, with Clairette and Roussane the mainstays.

Yields are very low: 15-20 hectoliters/hectare.
The juice is fermented directly in barrels, where the wines are then aged on fine lees for 6-10 months.

Production of this wine is very low: just a few barrels a year.
