It is a "blanc de blancs", ie product only with white grapes. 30% Clairette brings floral aromas, the fine, 20% Grenache Blanc, which gives the structure, smoothness, 25% Bourboulenc, valuable for its acidity, which provides desirable nervousness, 22% Roussane, very aromatic grape variety (like apricot ) and 3% Picpoul Picardan.Le 2007 and is a beautiful vintage, both ripe and with a fairly high natural acidity, which gives a nice freshness.

In the mouth, the same aromas of white flowers (hawthorn, acacia), fruit pineapple style, good juicy pear much of our countryside, a touch aniseed, and good minerality led by our great land. This is a wine of great magnitude in the mouth, and a very fine balance, which can be drunk young with a lot of fun, or stored for several years, for the fans.
